How do I become a wholesale partner with Pup Party Hats?
Click on the application tab and fill out the application. You must have a tax-exempt status to qualify.
How long does approval take after I submit an application?
We try very hard to approve your status within one business day. Like many small businesses, we're probably close to our computer and can approve quicker.
Do I need a resale certificate or tax ID to apply?
Yes — we are wholesale only.
What kind of stores do you work with?
We work with all kinds of stores including pet, gift, grooming, veterinary, and boarding facilities.
Can I sell online only, or do I need a physical retail location?
You may sell online as long as it is your direct page.
Do you work with international retailers or US only?
We work with international retailers through our Faire page.
What happens after my application is approved?
You will get a notification and you can start shopping!

Are all your products handcrafted?
Yes — each hat is made in Fort Worth, TX.
Why do individual hats look slightly different from each other?
Since all hats are handcrafted and not mass produced, the trim and poms may vary.
Can I request specific colors, patterns, or themes for my order?
Yes — we will always try to accommodate special requests.
Can I skip certain designs (for example: all girl hats only, or no green hats)?
Yes! You know what sells best in your stores. We want you to stock your stores with your favorites!
Do you release seasonal or holiday collections?
We will release some specific holiday prints, but try to keep them in the catalog year-round.
Can we do custom branding or private-label orders?
Yes, we can help you with this. There may be an additional fee for this.

No, we do not require a minimum order.

How do I see wholesale prices?
Fill out the application, and with approval you will be able to login and see pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
Most major credit cards.

We try to ship all orders within 7 business days.
What shipping carriers do you use?
USPS and UPS.
How much does shipping cost?
$10 flat shipping on all orders under $150. Free shipping on orders over $150.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, through Faire.
How will I track my order once shipped?
You will receive tracking information when your order ships.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please send a photo to orders@puppartyhats.com and we will get a replacement for you.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy. If you need to return a product, we will accept it and refund you as long as it is in the original condition.
